Error contacting XboxFriends

    Error contacting XboxFriends

    I downloaded XboxFriends about a week ago and a few days ago, when i start XboxFriends up, a box pops up and says "Error contacting xboxfriends.com for update check".  Does anyone happen to know why this is happening and how I can fix it?

    I don't think DualBrain (creator of XBF) is monitoring the Update server, so you will just have to click Ignore

    I was wondering about that.  I just updated to Vista and was wondering if that was causing the problem.  Well, I hope he updates it again or at least updates the program to not check for updates automatically so we can use the program without errors.

    Without getting into the details, let's just say I've been having host provider problems.  I've moved the database that is utilized to another server so the problem should be remedied.
