    HTTP Notifications (RealmB.com Style)

    Hello everyone,

Thanks to DB's release of version 37 of XBFfD, it is now possible to make an online service that is fed information through XBF.  This means that soon, you will be able to see you friends list online.  You will also be able to make "clan lists" where you can select people from your clan to put on a list.  These lists can be put on your site or in your signature, or any place you see fit.

This thread will be used to track the progress of my project.

    First update:

The site is currently accepting HTTP Not. and inserts them into a database, it would work for anyone, but since nothing is done with that information in the database, there is no reason to tell you the URL to put in your XBF client, maybe next update though.

    -Brian

    Good news everyone!

You can now use my extention of HTTP Notifications.  Go to <a href="http://realmb.com/xbf/make.php">http://realmb.com/xbf/make.php</a> to figure out how.

To use the resulting table, put the following code where ever you want you list to appear (on a website)

<script type="text/javascript" src="(put the URL my script give you here)"></script>

I know Javascript is not the best way to do it, so I am working on other ways.

    Excellent!

Everyone, if you're looking for this sort of feature, give it a go and provide feedback right here regarding it.  It sounds like HalfBrian is fired up about getting this feature in everyones hands and here's your chance to help shape it.  Let the ideas flow.
